Peonies Power

Anyone who knows me well knows how much I love Peony Roses.....and I recently created two artworks for a collector in my Peony series. One was my usual Black and White style, but for the second I wanted to push myself out of my comfort zone and create a lush surface brimming with the gorgeous flower. I also thought it would be fun to add some colour to this second piece. The results are below....fun fun. I'm definitely heading more and more down this path of repetition and pattern with my subjects.....can't wait to do more.
